Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to answer your requests and for any pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, for technical data, for our legitimate interest in website security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention

Request data is kept for as long as needed to handle it and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a contract is entered into.

Recipients

Data may be processed by technical service providers (website hosting and form handling, email) appointed as data processors. The hosting provider may process data outside the EU with the safeguards set out in Articles 44 et seq. GDPR. Data is not disclosed to the public.

Cookies

This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts are served from the website's own server.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to info@envigreen.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
